How do I add a podcast?
Tap the + button and search by name, or paste an RSS feed URL. You can also open a podcast from search and download individual episodes without following it.
Do episodes download automatically?
Yes. When you follow a podcast, new episodes download automatically in the background. On iPhone, keep "Background App Refresh" enabled in iOS settings; on Android, allow background activity for PulsarCast.
What's included in PulsarCast Ultra?
Additional features, web access, AI-powered listening tools, and the ability to suggest and vote on improvements inside the app. It's optional; the app works without a subscription.
How do I cancel or manage the subscription?
On iPhone, from your App Store account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, in the Google Play app: Menu → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
I switched phones, how do I get Ultra back?
In the app's Settings, tap "Restore purchases".
I lost my library
Your library is stored on your device. Updating the app shouldn't lose it. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll help.
