Delete your account and data
PulsarCast (developer: Great Heights Systems)
A PulsarCast account is optional. It exists only to sync your library across your devices. You can delete your account, and all data associated with it, at any time.
From inside the app (fastest)
- Open PulsarCast and go to Settings.
- Open your account (the account section at the top of Settings).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and the data we stored for it. Podcasts and episodes downloaded locally are removed when you uninstall the app from your device.
By email
If you can't access the app, email victor@correal.cat from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account: the email address and the sign-in records linked to it.
- All data you synced: followed podcasts, lists, episode progress, preferences and listening stats.
We don't keep this data after deletion, beyond the short time needed to complete the request. We never sold or shared it with third parties.
